Product description
Industries
Cement industry, Mining, Paper industry
Examples of application
- Highly loaded spur gears, bevel gears and worm gears of rolling mills, crushers, mills, calenders, cranes, conveyor systems and large open-cast mining equipment
- Oil-lubricated roller bearings of vertical roller mills, roller presses, crushers, calenders
- Gearboxes with continuous operating temperatures above 100 °C
- Gearboxes and circulation systems in the paper and textile industry
Properties
- Excellent protection against wear and scuffing
- Very high protection against micropitting
- Very high resistance to oxidation and ageing, enabling extended oil change intervals
- Very high viscosity index and therefore little change in viscosity over a wide temperature range of use
- Excellent corrosion protection
- Very high shear stability
- Low foaming tendency
- Very good low-temperature properties
- Reduces the coefficient of friction and thus enables a reduction in operating temperature and friction losses
- Significantly longer service life compared to mineral oil
- Exceeds the requirements for lubricating oils CLP according to DIN 51517-3, ANSI/AGMA 9005-F16 as well as CKD and CKSMP according to ISO 12925-1
